Our process begins when we receive a digital scan of a patient's mouth. The shift towards digital scans has significantly improved our workflow—it's cleaner, smoother, and allows for more precise restorations. From these scans, we create accurate 3D models of the patient's teeth. We print these models and use a digital analog, which mimics the exact implant a patient has in their mouth. This method allows us to design and craft restorations like crowns, bridges, or implant components with exceptional accuracy.

Once a restoration is milled and finished, we can place it in the model to check for the perfect fit. This step ensures that when the restoration reaches the patient, it aligns perfectly with their existing dental structure, ensuring comfort and functionality right from the start.
