Hey everyone, this is Doctor Tatiana Herzog again from Implant Center of Miami and I'm here to talk about something that I usually don't talk about. I am here to talk about how we can offer the $1789 dental implant with the abutment and crown.

So I'm here to talk about the technology behind this. I place 10 or 15 implants a day, so that's one of the reasons why we can lower the price, but I am here to talk about the technology that we offer that most dentists don't offer.

We have a CT scan and we have a CEREC machine. We actually do the design of the implant in house.

We use this scanner to scan the patient's mouth and then we design here. Via Bluetooth, the scanner machine actually speaks to the cerec milling machine and then out of porcelain blocks, we mill the crowns which are then cemented onto a titanium base and then are screwed into your mouth.

So where all these parts coming from and how come we can offer for such a low cost? We do not use any parts from China or anything like that. We get that question all the time. So we use MIS implants. MIS implants are one of the most widely used implants in the world. These implants are made in Israel. They've been tested to be actually the cleanest implant that is known to man and so this is one of the great reasons that I use it.

I also like the design of the implant. I feel very comfortable with this company. Our bone graft material, comes from a bone bank in Tennessee and so it's very safe material to use and we have used it hundreds and thousands of times.

So I just wanted to explain, because sometimes people wonder what's going on. These are the actual implants and they come in here and I'll actually open one for you to see. I'm not going to open the whole implant but I'll open the little box and it comes with the implant itself and the last drill. I wanted to let you know that $1789 doesn't mean that you're getting less quality. On the contrary, you're actually getting better, more innovative quality than you would at a regular dentists office and you can see by the equipment that I have, only about 15% of dentists in the United States have this equipment.

So when you come here, you're actually getting the best of both worlds. So yes, the cost is minimal in comparison to other dentists, but the quality of service that you're getting is just far superior to 85% of what other offices have.

So I just wanted to go through that with you guys because I get that question so much and I thought it was important to discuss. So $1789 that's our price and we're the home of the $1789 implant and that includes the implant, abutment, and crown.
