About Dr. Oscar Sanchez
Dr. Sanchez was born in Cuba and moved with his family to the Bologna/Parma area of Italy when he was 12 years old. The following year, they moved to San Antonio, Texas. At the age of 18, Oscar joined the military, where he was an infantry and paratrooper soldier.
Upon completion of his military service, Oscar moved to Miami, where he fell in love with the city and has remained here ever since. He received his bachelor's degree in biology from FIU and his dental degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Sanchez is passionate about functional dental aesthetics as well as helping patients improve their oral health to achieve a beautiful smile. He is dedicated to continuing his education through advanced training in cosmetic dentistry.
Dr. Sanchez currently holds the following credentials:
- NOVA Maxi Course Alumni 2022: 300 hrs of training on dental implants, from placing them to dealing with complications. Sinus augmentation, ridge augmentations and bone grafting.
- Implant Pathway Alumni: 76 credits continuum which focuses entirely on the surgical placement of dental implants
- Botox and Dermal filler Master Injector
